The United States Airforce often has fun poked at it as a less tough branch of the US Military by other branches such as the Army or the Marines. Besides the heavy reliance of the US military forces on air support and the Airforce’s transport and medic helicopters, attack helicopters form a crucial part of the US Military.

The ‘AH-64D’ has been described by developers of ‘DCS: AH-64D’ as the backbone of the US military’s attack helicopters, being one of the most widely used and effective attack helicopters in the history of the United States military.

The ‘AH-64D,’ commonly known as the ‘Apache’ helicopter, is equipped with a terrifying array of deadly weapons, ranging from “a 30mm chain gun under the nose, and Hellfire missiles and 2.75” rockets on the stub wings” according to developers of ‘DCS: AH-34D.’

‘DCS: AH-64D’ offers a virtual flying experience in the ‘AH-64D’ that’s as real as most people can ever dream of experiencing without actually getting into an Apache and flying it, which, when we face reality, isn’t highly likely for most people!

‘DCS: AH-64D’ aims to recreate the experience as closely as possible, including everything ranging from anti-ice systems to radar jammers and more that players can learn to use and experience in the game.

‘DCS: AH-64D’ requires that players already own the ‘DCS World Steam Edition’ and is developed by ‘Eagle Dynamics SA’ to be published on Steam in 2022.
