Battledroid is a real-time RTS wargaming simulator built on the same principles as classic tabletop war games like Risk. Risk involved some strategy and planning, but also a lot of luck when it comes to rolling dice…

Rolling the dice, after all, is a phrase associated with taking chances without knowing the outcome!

‘Battledroid’ takes Risk and removes luck from the equation, making it a game requiring careful planning, strategizing, and superior war tactics to secure a win. So no more arguing over who’s the better player after an unlucky loss or a lucky win! The winner is the better player, period.

To up the stakes and make global domination a much greater challenge, ‘Battledroid’ is online multiplayer, so players will face a much tougher battle to dominate than if they were competing against an AI which could be set to a lower difficulty level.

Each zone in ‘Battledroid’ possesses a certain number of military units, with different classes of military units in each zone. Additionally, each zone contains resources that can be used to build more units of that specific class. For each zone captured, players win the zone’s army and gain the ability to build their own units for that zone.

Each attack must be carefully planned, taking into consideration enemy defenses, counter-attacks, favorable and unfavorable conditions, and a variety of other factors.

Veteran warriors can be bought as permanent additions to player armies. Additionally, players will earn XP for zones captured and enemy units killed. XP can be used to purchase gold which can be used to buy reinforcements for attack maneuvers and defensive actions.

‘Battledroid’ is developed by ‘Puppygames’ and will be released on Steam.
