To collect these legendary bows, you will have to complete different quests. All of these quests require skill and good gear. 5. Jackal’s Gaze

Jackal's Gaze

The Jackal’s Gaze is a legendary warrior bow. It was inspired and dedicated to the Egyptian ancient god of the afterlife, Anubis. Incredibly accurate bow with “Precision” of level 4 and “Bleeding on Hit” of level 3. Multiple arrows in combination with the rare “Health on Hit” buff will make you last longer time in combat.

The Jackal’s Gaze you can get by completing the side quest “Smoke over Water”. This quest is rated level 16 and you can find it at the Information Table in Sepi-Res Nome.

To complete this quest, you will have to sail multiple times. In the first part of the mission, you will have to fight some Hippos and save a character named Jeska. Then she will sail you to a new location where you have to fight multiple enemies in the destroyed village. 

When you assassinate all the enemies, you will have to carry the injured Jeska to the marked location. Once her friend arrives, you will complete this quest and will be able to claim Jackal’s Gaze.

4. Bow of Wadjet

This legendary light bow is as fast and deadly as it is accurate. It has a level 3 Rate of Fire and level 2 Critical Strike. Bow of Wadjet will also come with a Poison on-hit effect. Poison on hit chance is small, but this bow can fire 5 arrows in 1 second, so one of them will be poisonous and affect the target. This bow is named after the Egyptian snake goddess, Wadjet. She is described as a snake-headed woman and is considered the protector of all Egypt. Her cult was dedicated to eliminating Greeks using venomous snakes.

To claim this legendary bow, you will have to complete the quest “Curse of Wadjet” located in Faiyum. This quest is rated level 25. The quest begins when a stranger asks for help telling you about the curse that is terrorizing Greeks. Using your companion hawk, Senu, you will be able to locate all investigation targets. When you finish all, once again, using Senu, you will discover a tunnel that you have to enter. 

If you are not a big fan of snakes, you won’t be happy with what you will find inside. The area is full of jars with venomous snakes hidden in them. Using your bow you can smash the jars and kill the snakes. You will also encounter red jars, which contain oil. A combination of oil and fire will make it easier for you to kill snakes. 

When you collect the quest item, you will have to deal with guards and your mission will change to rescuing a hostage. Once you carry the hostage outside, you will be able to claim the legendary bow, the Bow of Wadjet.

3. The Fourth Plague

The Fourth Plague

The Fourth Plague is a legendary warrior bow. It is one of the most accurate and deadly bows available in the game. This weapon is rated level 40. “Precision” is rated level 40 and “Critical Hit Damage” Level 2. Critical strike and lifestyle make this bow the perfect weapon to eliminate multiple enemies and gain missing health back. You will be able to shoot multiple arrows dealing over 1000 damage per second.

This bow was possessed by Galatian, one of the bounty hunters, so-called Phylakes, who served for Pharaoh Ptolemy XIII. You will encounter different Phylakes through the game and all of them will grant you some kind of loot but by killing this one you will be able to collect this legendary bow.

Phylakes are among the strongest enemies you will meet at the beginning of the game. The first one you will fight is around level 20. The Galatian is the final Phylake, which is level 40. You can find him in the Isolated Desert. Once you defeat him, you will be able to collect the Fourth Plague.

2. Trophy Hunter

Trophy Hunter

Trophy Hunter is a legendary predator bow, and equipping this weapon you will become an apex predator. Level 2 “Stealth Damage” and level 3 “Critical Hit Damage” together with the ”Elevation Multiplier” buff make this bow the perfect weapon for taking down enemies from a bigger distance. This weapon is rated level 40 and won’t be so easy to claim.

To collect this legendary bow, you will have to defeat possibly the strongest enemies in the game, the War Elephants. They are tough and very difficult to kill, so you will want to bring some legendary gear with you. Since they are rated level 40, you will want to be at least level 36 to begin this quest.

You can find the War Elephants in 4 different locations:

  • Herakleion Nome Region
  • Green Mountains
  • Uab Nome
  • White Desert Oasis

Every fight won’t be so tough at first, but the difficulty will increase as the fight progresses. You should always keep your arrows for the late phase since it will be easier to deal damage with melee attacks. But you will be able to refill arrows by collecting loot that spawns around the battlefield.

By killing each beast you will be able to claim rewards. For every killed, you will get XP and gold, and two of them will grant you legendary gear, including the Trophy Hunter bow.

All 4 War Elephants on Hard & Locations

The legendary weapon, once possessed by the Egyptian goddess of war, is possible the best bow in the game. It is rated level 39 and has level 1 “Bleeding on Hit”, level 3 “Rate of Fire”, and an extra arrow. All that in combination with 5 arrows per second will deal an insane amount of damage.

To get this legendary weapon you will have to complete Papyrus Puzzles. They are mostly located within temples or in some important locations. Completing each puzzle, you will get 500 EXP and 300 coins, as well as various legendary gear. To be able to collect this bow you will have to solve all 25 of these puzzles.

For every puzzle, you will have to find a Papyrus with a clue inside of it. It will give you a hint of a location where you should go to solve the puzzle.  You should mostly look for landmarks in that location, which you can find by using Senu. 

Photo-mode will also come useful since you can take screenshots and find something hidden by analyzing the picture. Also, keep in mind that the puzzle and the loot can be in two different locations.
