CoD Mobile Best Snipers [Best And Worst Snipers Revealed]

CoD Mobile Best Snipers [Best And Worst Snipers Revealed]
Updated:
20 Nov 2022
Being a sniper is one of the deadliest role in the game. Killing an enemy with one lethal shot and reducing their numbers one by one can really give you and your team a big advantage. In this article I will be showing you the best and worst snipers in Call of Duty Mobile. I will be giving a detailed analysis of each gun and will tell you the pros and cons of each of them so that you have an idea on which sniper rifle you'd like to use..   Let's start by looking at the worst sniper rifles to use and work our way to the best ones. This ranking is based solely on the search and destroy mode. I will also give a brief take on how good they are in some other modes.

10. XPR-50

This is a gun that you’d never even see in any of your games and could be considered one of the worst guns to use. The base damage of this gun without any attachments is 55, and this damage stays consistent on any part of the body except the head. Hitting a headshot deals 110. Using the stopping power reload magazine also makes the gun deal 110 on body shots, but this only includes the upper body or the chest. Even if you add the best attachments that you think would make this gun good, it’s still not enough to get it out of the bottom of this list. This gun is also weak in the battle royale mode, and since it’s not a gun that you can pick up, you’d have to add it to your arsenal.

Body Image
XPR-50 gunsmith with the Ooze blueprint This is a semi-automatic sniper rifle, you’re supposed to spam it but the base recoil of the gun is really high so firing consecutive shots is ineffective. The damage is really low and using the stopping reload magazine still gives you only a small chance to kill an enemy with one shot. This is the worst sniper rifle to use in any mode, it has no strengths in any map.

9. M21 EBR

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e968_20GbQ0
iFerg's M21 EBR gameplay and loadout
The M21 EBR is another gun that you would rarely see in MP matches but you would definitely see in the BR or battle royale game mode. This gun deals a consistent 90 damage to any body part other than the legs, where it deals 82 instead, and headshots deal 154 at 10 meter range and 139-136 beyond the 10 meter range. The gun can also deal 100 damage to the chest, but only at and below the 10 meter range. This gun also has a high fire rate with a decent recoil, so spamming with this gun is viable. In the BR game mode, this gun is one of the best to use. With its fast fire rate and recoil mods and attachments, you can shoot down enemies from afar while dealing a large amount of damage.

High fire rate with moderate recoil, in MP matches you can use it to hold one spot and spam when you see an enemy.
Not really good to use as a sniper rifle in MP matches since you’ll have a slower ADS speed and longer time to kill than other sniper rifles in the game.
In BR mode this gun can be really good since you can deal a large amount of damage to enemies from afar while spamming.

8. Outlaw

Outlaw gameplay and loadout by STRANGE ONE GAMING

The Outlaw isn’t a very popular sniper rifle. The only unique thing about it is that it’s the only gun that's not an LMG that has the weapon skill Stealth Kill, which is useful when you’re against enemies that don’t communicate, and pairing it with the ghost perk can make this a very sneaky sniper rifle. This bolt-action sniper rifle can one shot enemies from the upper body, including the arms, and shots that hit anywhere else will deal 90 damage. It is definitely not the worst sniper to use, even if it ranks low on this list, but there are better sniper rifles to use.

Not the worst to use but also not the best, there are better sniper rifles and this gun doesn't really have any advantages against them. Can only one shot with upper body shots, so if your enemy manages to get close and you try to quick scope there’s a high chance that you’ll only hit them for 90. Not really good in any mode other than search and destroy, in BR mode it’s not the best to use since it can’t one shot enemies even with a headshot.  <

7. Arctic .50

Arctic .50 gameplay and loadout by STRANGE ONE GAMING

The Arctic .50 is pretty similar to the Outlaw, it’s just better because the Arctic .50 can be fired continuously. This gun, like the Outlaw, can only one shot enemies if you hit them in the upper body. In BR mode, this gun can really be good. Headshots can down a fully shielded enemy.

Not the best but can be used in any MP modes. Has a faster fire rate than most quick scope sniper rifles. Can only one shot with upper body shots. Can be really good in the BR mode since it can down enemies with two shots or one shot if you hit a headshot.

6. Rytec AMR

Rytec AMR gameplay and loadout by UnknwnAayush.

The Rytec AMR is a sniper rifle that can be played in a lot of ways. It’s also the only gun that has three types of bullets that it can use. Without any magazine attachment this gun can kill an enemy with one shot at any part of the body except for the legs. Using the explosive ammo this gun can one shot anyone at any part of their body as long as they don’t have the Flakjacket perk equipped, this gun can also cause vehicles to explode with one shot so you can shoot vehicles to kill enemies near it, this can sometimes kill ,more than one enemy. Using the Thermite mag can kill enemies with one shot as well but sometimes it’ll take a bit of time before they get taken out. This gun is also really good to use in the BR mode, the explosive mags can do a lot of damage.

Very versatile, depending on your attachment you can have a huge advantage on a lot of maps.
Recoil is a bit high so spamming isn’t effective unless you’re using recoil reducing attachments. Has decent ADS speed if you’re playing without the special magazines, so you can play it as a quick scope sniper rifle. Can be really good in the BR mode, explosive mags can deal a lot of damage and sometimes you can just shoot the ground close to the enemy to deal damage.

5. Locus

Locus gunsmith and gameplay by Venin Tv
The Locus is a gun that can be said to be always compared to the DL Q33, with its only drawback being that it can only one shot with upper body shots. This gun has a very fast ADS speed, making it really good for sniper users who like to play aggressively. In terms of usability in the BR mode this gun can be said to be in equal terms with the DL Q33.

Can only one shot with upper body shots, although hitting the hands and arms can also one shot. Has a fast ADS speed, even faster than the DL Q33. Has a higher chance to only deal 95 damage, or in CoD term, to only see the hitmarker. Can be used decently in the BR mode.

4. Koshka

Koshka Gameplay by Justspawn.

The Koshka has a faster ADS speed than the DLQ, it can also one shot enemies at any part of the body so it’s comparable to the DLQ in that regard, it’s only bad part is that the original scope of the gun has a narrow view, making it less useful when you’re strafing while aiming with the snipe. It also has little to no headshot multiplier so it’s not that good to use in the BR mode.

The ADS speed is really good and can be used really well by aggressive sniper users.
Can one shot kill at any part of the body except the legs.
Not really good to use in the BR mode, it has good damage but other snipers can beat it easily.

3. SVD

SVD gameplay and loadout by UnknwnAayush

Some people might ask why the SVD is high up on this list, but that’s because the SVD is really good and is really deadly with the right playstyle. Having a high fire rate with a really low recoil makes this gun really good for spamming and holding down sites. Hitting Upper body shots can kill enemies instantly, and even if you hit them on the legs, you can just spam the fire button , there would still be a high chance that you’ll kill them. In the BR mode, this gun is pretty similar to the M21 EBR but this gun has a lower damage range, so damage falls off at longer ranges.

SVD gunsmith with the Black Ironwood blueprint.
Fast fire rate and low recoil even without attachments, this gun can be fired continuously and still be accurate.
Although it’s a semi-automatic sniper rifle it can still kill enemies with one shot.
Very similar to the M21 EBR but this gun has lower range so it’ll be less consistent in dealing damage.

2. DL Q33

DL Q33 gameplay by Yanrique

The DL Q33 is the favorite sniper rifle for most sniper mains. Before the Koshka and the ZRG were added, this was the best sniper rifle to use in terms of quick scoping. Being able to kill enemies with one shot on any part of the body, except the legs, while having a fast scoping speed, this gun became the go to for all sniper mains. In the BR mode, this gun can also down any enemy with a single headshot.

Has really good ADS speed perfect for quick scoping.
In BR mode you can down enemies with one headshot at any range.

1. ZRG 20mm

ZRG 20mm gameplay and loadout by Jokesta

The ZRG 20mm is the most recently added sniper rifle in the game. It's also currently the deadliest one out of all the sniper rifles. This sniper rifle can kill an enemy with one shot at any part of the body, including the legs. This gun has decent ADS speed, so you can use it for quick scoping, and if you're up against an enemy at close range, you can be sure that you won’t see that lousy hitmarker when you hit the enemy. In BR mode, this gun is also really good, it can down an enemy with a single headshot, and it can also deal good damage against vehicles.

Body Image

With the Anti-vehicle mag you can kill an enemy with one shot on any part of the body.
Doesn’t have the FMJ weapon skill so the damage of wall shots aren’t that good.
In BR mode you can down an enemy with one headshot.
You can also deal a large amount of damage to vehicles in BR mode.

Those are the best and worst sniper rifles to use in this META. I hope this articles helps you in choosing which one to choose or which one you'd like to try.
