You are a healer with 4 guns that shoot lasers; what do you call that? A DPS. You call yourself a green DPS.

Now, Sage is a unique shield healer with the ability to heal as you attack. So, what better food to give your Sage than the ones that give you more DPS? But of course, here’s the list for you!

5. Coconut Cod Chowder (iLevel 545)

A Near Eastern soup, brimming with shallows cod simmered in silky coconut milk.

This is the one if you are not running the latest content. Coconut Cod Chowder is very cheap compared to other food, and you really should have them in your inventory if you like to run the lower-level contents like me. You can get them from the Market Board or cooking.

The NQ status effects:

  • Determination +8% (Max 61)
  • Vitality +8% (Max 66)
  • Critical Hit +8% (Max 37)

The HQ status effects:

  • Determination +10% (Max 76)
  • Vitality +10% (Max 82)
  • Critical Hit +10% (Max 46)

4. Pumpkin Potage (iLevel 580)

A creamy soup that highlights the rich and nutty flavor of the giant pumpkin.

The more damage you deal as a sage, the more heal your partner will get. This is why a Sage should deal more damage. Boosting your Determination and Critical Hit, Pumpkin Potage is also a great option if you are doing 6.0 contents. Get them from the Market Board or by crafting.

  • Critical Hit +8% (Max 43)

This milky Near Eastern tea is infused with cinnamon of peerless quality for a flavorsome kick.

Thavnairian Chai is for you if you like a better and faster GCD. Sage has many OGCD buttons to press, which is great because you can weave this and that easily. But if you still wanna go fast, you can use this as an option. Get it from the Market board or by Culinarian’s cook!

The NQ status effects:

  • Critical Hit +8% (Max 72)
  • Vitality +8% (Max 74)
  • Spell Speed +8% (Max 43)

The HQ status effects:

  • Critical Hit +10% (Max 90)
  • Vitality +10% (Max 93)
  • Spell Speed +10% (Max 54)

Heaped with Garlean cheese and baked to perfection, this flatbread may well rival certain soups in its ability to move partakers to tears.

Now, this is for you if you are doing the latest contents. Garlean pizza has a higher status bonus than Thavnairian Chai and is excellent for running the latest contents currently. You can get them from the Market Board or by cooking.

The NQ status effects:

  • Critical Hit +8% (Max 78)
  • Vitality +8% (Max 94)
  • Spell speed +8% (Max 46)

The HQ status effects:

  • Critical Hit +10% (Max 97)
  • Vitality +10% (Max 118)
  • Spell speed +10% (Max 58)

To freeze, shred, steam, and bake carrots into this smooth pudding requires both time and skill, but the mouthwatering results are well worth the effort.

Last but not least is the upgraded version of Coconut Cod Chowder and Pumpkin Potage. Yep, this too is for running the latest contents; if you have enough Spell Speed and Piety that you are comfortable with, this is the food to boost your attack! You can now get them from the Market board or crafted by Culinarians.

The NQ status effects:

  • Determination +8% (Max 78)
  • Vitality +8% (Max 94)
  • Critical Hit +8% (Max 46)

The HQ status effects:

  • Determination +10% (Max 97)
  • Vitality +10% (Max 118)
  • Critical Hit +10% (Max 58)
