League of Legends: How To Attack Move

Learning to attack move at a high level is one of the best in-game concepts you can learn as a player. No matter what role you play, orb walking allows a champion to attack, move, and, with enough practice, cancel attack animations. All of which will make you climb the ranks or at least impress your friends by dodging enemy skillshots.

This short guide will teach you how to attack move to make your orb walking/kiting/attack moving simpler and more efficient.

 

Step 1: Open your settings.

Step 2: In the Hotkeys menu, scroll down and click on “Player Movement”.

Step 2: Check your Attack Move keybind. It is usually bound to A.

Step 3: While in game, press A to Attack Move.

 

Bonus advice: The “show attack range” is a useful visual aid. To enable it, open your settings, head to the interface, then scroll to “Ability and Attack Display” and tick the box named “Show Attack Range.”
