Why is it important to know how to increase stamina?

Stamina is a very important part of Genshin impact. It’s needed for everything, from fighting to climbing. If you don’t have enough stamina, you won’t be able to reach some places by climbing or dodging attacks while fighting.

How to increase stamina in Genshin Impact?

  • One trick is that Amber uses less stamina than the rest of the characters. So if you want to fly for a long time and you don’t have enough stamina, you can always use Amber.
  • When you level up Statues of the Seven, your stamina will be increased too! So it’s very important to increase all regions' statues.
  • And last, you can always eat some food that increases your stamina resistance. Some of these foods are Barbatos Ratatouille or Chop Suey.
