While you have to get this gun as a reward from playing Gambit, this adaptive frame Void auto rifle handles nicely and has decent range and stability. With a good roll you have an even better time. Even if you don’t get the perks you want, Gnawing Hunger will carve through enemies like a finely crafted knife through a slow roasted turkey.

2. Malfeasance

Here’s a solid choice for PvP. Revoker is an aggressive frame rifle that’s surprisingly forgiving when you miss, thanks to one of it’s perks. Reversal of Fortune, which gives you back the rounds that missed, theoretically giving you infinite ammo.

If you’re going to name something after a really cool type of shark, you’re setting the bar pretty high. No worries though, Hammerhead reaches that bar easily. It’s strengths isin clearing enemies and moving down invading players thanks to it’s surprisingly decent range and controllable recoil. I think I can say it’s earned the right to be named after a sea beast.

Bygones makes a good long distance weapon for when you get the chance to invade the enemy team. It’s consistent and has a good rate of fire, making it a solid pulse rifle. If you get a good perk roll you’ll be having a hard time letting go of this gun.

One of the best for clearing out hordes of enemies, The Huckleberry is an exotic submachine gun that keeps on giving. It’s exotic perk. Ride the Bull partially refills your magazine when you get a kill. It also comes with Rampage which increases your damage after a kill.

It’s exotic perk makes it’s damage increase the longer the beam is hitting a target which racks up a ton of damage. This gun is great when you want to quickly dispose of a powerful major or the Primeval boss. It’s also an absolute power trip, so be careful kids.

9. False Promises

I’d be lying if I said this is the perfect auto rifle, but I’d also be lying if I said this isn’t a good one. False Promises is a high-impact gun with good range for an auto. It’s surprisingly easy to control despite it’s lower stability stat and makes a fine weapon for Gambit or any game mode.

Once you get over the weapon’s sizable learning curve, you’ll be shootin’ till the cows come home, or whatever southern/wild west/cowboy analogy fits here.
