Daniel is a professional and experienced musician and writer, with a love of gaming. He plays the piano and recently started writing about them avidly on his website.

Daniel has many years of experience performing at weddings around England, and before that, he completed a degree in jazz performance at Leeds College of Music (now Leeds Conservatoire). Daniel also worked as a piano teacher for many years and still teaches piano and English as a foreign language, alongside writing. Dan mainly writes about pianos and music gear on his website but also loves to write about things he loves, including games, movies, and books. He also aspires to write his first novel in the next 5 years.

When he isn't in work mode Dan likes to take a break by scoring goals in style on Rocket League, or by completing quests in his favorite RPGs.

Whilst Daniel no longer plays The Witcher 3 or the Elder Scrolls series, he has sunk hundreds of hours into both, as well as Rocket League of course, and recently started 2 RPGs that he hasn't previously played - The Witcher 2, and The Shadow of Mordor. Dan also looks forward to playing No Man's Sky, and Cyberpunk, with the hopes that by now most of the bugs have been removed and the games have been improved.

Dan is looking forward to playing The Shadow of War sequel, and to continually enjoying fresh new games. He also aspires to continue writing about new topics, as well as building traffic to his website - www.betweenthekeys.com

Dan is also an avid reader and loves his new Kindle, which he takes with him everywhere. He reads science fiction, classics, books about music, and occasionally a Batman comic because let's face it, Batman will also be the coolest superhero. He also thinks the Arkham game series was phenomenal and will be replaying them in the future.
